CANCELLATION POLICY FOR APSRTC BOOKINGS

1 More than 48 hrs before the scheduled service start time at the origin of the bus. Only reservation charges applied + Service Charges (in case of e-tickets)
2 From 48 hrs before and up to 24 hrs. before the scheduled service start time at the origin of the bus. 10% of the actual fare + Reservation charges + Service Charges (in case of e-tickets)
3 From 24 hrs before and up to 2 hrs before the Schedule service start time at origin of the bus 25% of the actual fare + Reservation charges + Service Charges (in case of e-tickets)
4 Up to 1 hr before Schedule service start time at origin of the bus. 50% of the total fare + Reservation charges + Service Charges (in case of e-tickets)

If service is canceled or terminated by APSRTC on their own for any reason whatsoever, customers can cancel their respective bookings within 15 days from the day of the journey to get a full refund, except the Service Charges (which they have to bear).

AMENITIES PROVIDED TO THE CUSTOMERS.

Amenities provided to passengers traveling with APSRTC can differ across different bus operators as most operators chose their own perks to provide to their customers, but most APSRTC buses provide:

Blankets and a pillow (Part of bedding), water bottles (During boarding), Air-Conditioning (Not Applicable if you chose non-AC buses), air fresheners from time to time, wet napkins, disposable seat covers, an overhead reading light, charging point for mobiles and laptops, CCTV cameras for security, personal TV in some cases, snacks, and live tracking facility on the service providers mobile application.
